|WobblyGob Traditional Cider
We have been producing our own Traditional Cider now for over 9 years, since 1995. We select the best apples then crush & press them to extract the pure juice. We then add our own special yeast and ferment out the apple juice with NO ADDED SUGAR OR WATER. After fermentation we transfer the cider to Oak vats to age & mature. All WobblyGob Cider is oak aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak before being offered for sale and our Managers Gold Reserve WobblyGob is then transfered into a second Oak vat for a further 3 months.
