For a limited period only we are offereing FREE DELIVERY for all online orders over £75 for delivery to England Wales & Scotland excl highlands & Islands and offshore locations. This offer is for a limited period only and could be withdrawn at any time and orders may be sent either by next working day or homecall depending upon weight. Orders under the required amount will be automatically converted to next working day and charged accordingly
We aim to despatch all orders of stocked lines the same day or next day. Currently around 98% of orders are despatched with 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving them and the vast majority of these within 24hours.
Parcels are collected from us each working day at lunchtime so for a same day despatch an order needs to be with us before 11am, although we always do our best to ship out as soon as is possible.
We despatch all order with a specialist parcel carrier currently DPD Express which enables to offer a high quality service with good value for money including a ONE HOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOT for next working day.
To be able to leave an order the delivery driver will require a signature, as long as the bill to address details match the registered address of the credit.debit card used we can ship to a different address such as to your place of work, alternatively please use the additional info box if there is somewhere the driver can try to deliver to such as a neigbour if you are out.
You will receive an email to confirm that your parcel has been despatched an another to confirm it is out for delivery and on our next working day service this will also give you A ONE HOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOT dureing which your parcel will be delivered. It will also give you links to track the parcel or to change the delivery day.
Please also ensure that your telephone number and email addresses are correct as these will be used to contact you should we have a query about your order or the carrier have any problems with delivery.
If you are not in a when the driver calls a calling card will be left with contact numbers, after 2 delivery attempts the parcel will be kept in the depot for a further 2 days and then returned to us for which a charge will be made equal to the outbound shipping, so when a calling card is left please contact the number to arrange a redelivery.

Items up to 30kg packed weight in one parcel takes 48hours to ship and costs £15.50.
ZONE 1. Republic of Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemberg, Netherlands items up to 30kg packed weight in one parcel taking approx 2-3 days costs £15.50
We can also ship to most other countrys please ask for a shipping quote.

If you have a timed requirement for your order please include details under additional infomation on the order form, and allow time for us to pack the order.
Should an order require several parcels or special handling such as we would contact you before shipping
We will always endeaver to send your order by the most economical means possible.
Should an item be out of stock for more than a couple of days or unavailable we will contact you and let you know an expected delivery date.
No carrier will take no responsibility for the possible damage of glass ware, however we pack every order as safe and securely as possible and very rarely have we had any type of problem with any aspect of delivery but this does mean that we can not insure glass and by ordering glass items you accept responsibility for any damage. Some glass items such as bottles that require extra packaging may incur a small extra shipping cost as a contribution towards the actual cost, any such items will be clearly marked as such on the catalogue.

As an enviromentally aware company we recycle packaging materials where possible, including shredding waste paper as packing, while this may not always look the prettiest option it saves a lot of waste materials.
